This website, the “Froggie in Wonderland” indicator, the creators and individuals associated with it, including sellers, affiliates and coders, all inclusive any subsequent names alerts, documentation, videos, emails, and any related materials (collectively, the “Service”) are provided by Froggie in Wonderland (“we,” “us,” “our”) for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing herein constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, nor a solicitation to buy or sell any security, cryptocurrency, currency pair, commodity, index, or financial instrument.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk. You may lose some or all of your capital. You should evaluate your financial condition, risk tolerance, and objectives and, where appropriate, consult a licensed financial professional before trading. Any examples, case studies, “wins,” screenshots, or backtests are illustrative, may be based on simulated or hypothetical performance, and do not guarantee future results.

The Service is an analysis tool. Signals, labels, alerts, or color changes are not directives; you remain solely responsible for entries, exits, risk management, and compliance with any rules applicable to you (including exchange, broker, or proprietary trading firm rules). We are not affiliated with TradingView, brokers, or prop firms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

Terms of Service (incl. Refunds)

1. Agreement. By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms with Froggie in Wonderland,

2. License & Access.

• We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Froggie in Wonderland indicator via TradingView invite-only script for one (1) TradingView username you specify at checkout.

• You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, share access, resell, redistribute signals, or create derivative works. We may watermark, throttle, or revoke access to protect IP.

3-4. Plans & Billing.

• Yearly: prepaid for 12 months; renews unless canceled before renewal.

• Lifetime: single upfront fee for access to the current product line; does not promise new products or third-party services.

• Corporate: custom terms by separate agreement.

• Prices are shown in [currency] and exclude any taxes unless stated. You authorize us and our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) to charge your payment method.
  Because access is digital and granted immediately (invite-only scripts are provisioned and knowledge of strategy is exposed), all sales are final and non-refundable.
  EU/UK buyers: by checking the box at checkout you request immediate performance and acknowledge you lose the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content (Consumer Rights Directive/UK CRA exception).

5. No Advice; No Guarantee. We provide tools and education only. We do not guarantee profits, funding, prop-firm challenge results, or specific outcomes.

6. Updates & Availability. We may modify features, colors, filters, or risk logic; maintain or discontinue components; and schedule maintenance. We are not responsible for TradingView outages or third-party changes.

7. Support. Use contact form on our main website Typical first response within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri). We may request your TradingView username and screenshots to assist.

8. Compliance & Fair Use. You must comply with all laws and any broker/exchange/prop-firm rules. You may not use the Service to violate those rules or to harass, abuse, or harm others.

9. Intellectual Property. Froggie in Wonderland, related names, logos, code, and content are our IP. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Termination. We may suspend or terminate access for breach (e.g., sharing access, reselling signals, chargeback fraud). No credits or refunds on termination for cause.

11. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

12. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of [Australia], without regard to conflicts rules. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Australia (or: small-claims court alternative). Class-action waiver: disputes will be conducted only on an individual basis.

14. Changes. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
